No Landline Installation after 2 dates given

I requested a new company land line to be installed. I was given a date in which they would be coming to install the line. Nobody arrived on the said date and upon inquiry, a second date was given to me. On the next date nobody arrived. When questioning Telkom it transpired that THEY had taken the incorrect address down and had reported that no such address exists. I was not contacted for verification on either date nor was I informed of any errors. Nobody arrived and nothing was said. It has been escalated apparently and I am awaiting a third day immensely frustrated as I am 8 months pregnant and running out of time. I stressed the urgency when requesting the line a month ago.
