NO LANDLINE FOR OVER A MONTH

On the 27th of Aug I reported a fault with my landline and received reference 269CRZ270815. As there was no response I was given a new reference number 737137.<br> <br> I did give the call centre a call and was told that it was \with the technicians"but there seems to be no urgency in the fact that a customer has been without a phone for so long"
