No landline for one year, still charged for the line rental!!

We cancelled our telephone line in 2018 online. Have no landline for a year now, but are threatened with court cases every three months and also have to pay R900+ every 3 months for line rental [which we don't have]. Nicholas Ngwenya is the attorney for Telkom outstanding accounts.I don't get anywhere with them, either! Rudy Roodbol *** ***
