No landline and internet for 7 days from Telkom

My telephone went down on 6 feb 2015, i called and reported it to telkom on the 7th, i received an sms that it will be resolved within 3 days. Next i called and reported this to mweb as they are handling my adsl line and internet. today is 7 days from the date of reporting and still nothing. i run an online business and internet is my bread and butter. I called Mweb again several times and each time they tell me they have escalllated the problem, mean what i dont know as nothing is being done. at this stage neither telkom nor mweb are being of any help. Telkom service is not poor, there is JUST NO SERVICE FROM THEM.
