No landline a month later

The above mentioned number has been out of order for more than a month. A business is run from this home. Technicians are sent out all the time and none of them can reach the pole!
Called the call centre again now and was told I should call 0 ********** 92 This number does not work
Please send out the correct people!

It is now closer to 2 months without a landline and still no progress
