NO LANDLINE!!!!!

I am totally disgusted in Telkom's service, ive lodged a complaint that ive got a lot of noise on my landline then my dialtone completely disapeared. Its been three days now and still no landline nor a technician, so you people have cost me 3days of lost labour as this is a business line where my customers contacts me. Also how can your company send out smses which the fault was repaired if I have seen no technician and the problem is there. I even drove in to your customer center where I had to wait in a queue for almost 30min which helped me nothing. This is bad bad bad bad service pathetic im tired of being treated like a dog by your company!!.
