NO LAND LINE SINCE 10TH APRIL 2017

<p>My landline was struck by lightning on 10th April 2017. I rang Telkom my cell and got a reference number 91/crz/ ********** 7. I still had no internet or landline still by 3rd May so rang again and told I had made up the reference number to which I politely told them I had not. I was given an escalation number. Since 3rd May have been phoning daily from my work line and told' escalated'' , technician been etc. No technician has been. On 19th May I rang again to be told my reference numbers had been cancelled but no idea why and it would reported again and be escalated yet again. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am a pensioner with all my family overseas so cut off from them, I cannot do any banking. My armed reaction company cannot be called if there is a security problem. </p> <p> </p> <p>All in all Telkom just keep stringing me on with ' we are looking into the matter' and in the meantime I have no phone service. </p>
