No land line service ref no. 312CRK190915

I reported a fault with my landline and as such ADSL line, on the 19th September and after numerous calls from my cell phone, all I've been given are promises but no service.<br> I've been to my local telkom office who are not interested in discussing faults, i find it very strange that with a service like this, one cannot speak to a person of authority, as apposed to a call center
