NO LAND LINE

My parents landline has been disconnected since January due to this new hands free phone Telkom delivered and we have had MANY visits and phone callas to TELKOM and NO ONE can help us!!!! It is totally unacceptable as my parents are very elderly and have no communication system - SO PATHETIC!!
