No knowledge of own store and lack of motivation

Today I just wanted to get a representative form from the Telkom Branch in Kolonnade to give me permission to upgrade on behalf of my employer. The sales assistant said there is no such form and I can upgrade on behalf of her but she needs to be with me to answer the security questions in store. This sales assistants had no Idea what I was talking about. She also had no idea of what contracts are in the sales booklet. I think this is poorly as I just went to another Telkom store and received the form in 5 seconds. Telkom serves is so poorly and they are so rude.
