No joy with Terrible Telkom

<p>We've been struggling to cancel our account with Telkom sins the 24th of Dec'16. We had 2 contracts on the account and we asked them to please cancel the whole account (both no.'s) and put them both on pre paid. So they canceled the 1 no. compleatly so you can't use the sim at all. The other one is still active and I after how many calls to them and mails they still did not canceled the contract.</p> <p>Really I will never ever use Telkom again in my life.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
