No joy with contact centre.

Vumatel installed fibre at my premises on 27/07/2018 already. I discussed and agreed on a home fibre package with Telkom a week prior to this date. Up to date I'm still waiting for delivery of my fibre router. I'm calling the customer service centre every week, and never get any joy. Apparently a lady by the name of Ipeleng Taw is dealing with my issue. Her manager, Rheena Reddy was also made aware of my constant struggle, but all with no success. One person, Avesh, even told me to go to my nearest Telkom store where they will supply me a router. Needless to say, this was incorrect and my trip to the store was all in vane.
