no joy with cancellation

<p>I have asked 2 previous telkom call center operators about canceling my line and not joy or feed back, today I was told I can online cancel via email. Then the lady sends me a form which I can't print nor scan, and the nearest store is 70km away.</p> <p>I have been billed for January which I have not used and now there is no way for me to cancel the line. </p>
