No joy Telkom- still waiting

To try and get any joy out of them, good luck to you. If you have got the time and patience. No one department can assist you, technical says phone sales, sales says phone technical. No-one willing to assist, then after waiting 30 minutes to get hold of some-one, to only be cut off or sorry our systems are down. Phone back in 10 minutes. After 10 days without internet, still no joy. Come on Telkom. How many more days must I wait. Worst is you can’t speak to anyone’s supervisor or escalate.
