NO JOY FROM ANYBODY AT TELKOM REGARDING EMAIL

I am trying to run a business and have had no emails since 19 th Jan 2016. this has a direct impact on my company as we need confirmation of order numbers etc. due to no help after speaking to the help desk, twitter, all I've received is empty promises and apologies. I have no alternative but to put the company on short time. If anybody reads this and takes action I have put the ref. number. ***
