No Joy changing details

Our church Cornerstone, Church of the Nazarene has been trying to change the address and contact details for our accounts at telkom. We have called, gone personally to their offices with a letter on official letterhead but to no avail. The accounts are in the name of a pastor who left South Africa 4 years ago. We don't even know how much we owe from month to month and cannot find out easierly
