No joy cancelling my ADSL line

No joy cancelling my adsl line. Logged a call to cancel the line on 11th May 2018 ref ********** , and received only a mail with my ref number, no one called me to confirm. Logged a new call today on the 1st of June 2018 with ref ********** . I want this line cancelled since last year November I've just had issues with the line. Logged issues then someone finally comes out, they fix it it works fine for a few days and then everything starts all over again. I want this line cancelled now today yesterday will be better.
