No iPhone 5s' available! Misleading/ False advertising???

So Telkom is advertising "good" deals on iPhone 5s' on ALL media possible, including national TV. It is basically impossible to find a iPhone 5s from Telkom and no one can tell you when they are expecting stock. How can you advertise something that you don't have? Surely if you order something from a supplier you should know when to expect the stock, don't you Telkom??? Apparently NOT, no one can give you any information or contact someone who knows anything. I have visited two Telkom stores, the Telkom Mobile outlet in Centurion at head-office and still not able to get any info on expected delivery dates. I just want to port two numbers and get two handsets, in 2016 this seems like an impossible task... really!
