Internet constantly down! Pathetic and overpriced Telkom.<br> I don't want an apology, or them telling me how sorry they are for the inconvenience. I also don't<br> want to hear their sad story about technical difficulties. I want it to work, and I do not want to pay full<br> rates for a pathetic service, which is down on a VERY regular basis. Previous complaints have been ignored.<br> If you want to supply a 3rd world service at a first world price, you need to know that you are in the wrong, on all levels. This is not acceptable.
