No internet since January

Without consulting me, Telkom sent a tech to my house in March to replace my uncapped ADSL service with a 3g capped service - I told him not to go ahead before I know whats being offered to me. Went to your canalwalk store and found out that there is no 3G or LTE coverage in my area and that the proposed 3G FLLA service will not work for my needs. I do not need or want a voiceline. All i want is an uncapped internet service for my monthly R545...like we agreed to on that binding contract
