No internet service for 50 days and counting!

<p>I reported my internet fault with Telkom on the 8th of December and approximately 8 times since then! (I'm not counting) After 2 or 3 days I repeatedly get an SMS which indicate that Telkom is very happy to have solved my problem... without any technician in attendance.... untill today when one Lawrence Biyela made his appearance. He explained that the solution is to downgrade my package from a 4 meg to a 2 meg line. He provided me with a false number and while I arreanged for this telephonically he dissapeared. Another SMS soon announced that Telkom is happy to report that they have solved my problem! I'm out of pocket to the tune of R3000 already and is fast losing confidence that this problem can ever be solved.</p>
