No internet service

I have had no internet service since last week Tuesday. I try calling 10212 and 10210 and 1 cannot get through to either no. It keeps saying that the numbers are invalid. I have used the sms service and the queries are being closed without any feedback as to why there is no service and what is being done to rectify the issue. My family and I are currently isolating and are going stir crazy as we have a product and are unable to use it and don't even know why. This is terrible customer service and is totally unacceptable. Urgent feedback and resolution would be really appreciated
