No internet service

Hi helopeter<br> I am very dissapointed in telkom for the past 3 momths or so i have been having on going problems No internet service no internet access or internet very slow all they do is restart from their side but nothing changes on our line tonite before 9 in the evening no internet access i have work to do and am very annoyed as i dont have internet paying my butt of every month but can hardly use my internet what if i decide not to pay my bill until someone gets back to me they have been promising to send a tech or a tech to phone for an appointment but still waiting i really need this to b sorted asap telkom is not giving what they say pls help i need my internet or i wont pay my bill thanks
