No internet service

Good day, I have telkom LTE internet that I have to pay monthly yet for this past week I have had 1 days signal. When you phone to log a call.... Please restart your router that has been done a million times. Manually search internet there is none to search.... No calls get logged no technicians call back. Absolutely nothing gets done and then the agents tell you they can't hear you yet their music is blaring and their kids running around screaming. And then they proceed to tell you the service you complaining about has never been available i. Your area yet I used it before
