No internet/ Rooter not working no signal

I have been struggling with Telkom for more than 6 months. I have requested them to send out a Technician to have a look at the rooter. Some days you have no internet connection. I am working from home and need internet 24/7.

Since yesterday no internet connection / no signal I even got the 20G from Telkom (SIM) and is also not working. You cannot phone Tekom from a Telkom cell as no signal

Can someone from Telkom sort this out and don't tell me it's because of Loadshedding this is BU@@S@@@, Ubanwave has full signal.

Senior Management to get back to me today. Or give me my cancellation amount or I will just reverse my DT order for the month as I had no internet access. I will be in your branch tomorrow to cancel the 20G that is not working.
