No internet or landline

<p>Not having internet for 10 out of 12 mths last year, then having internet for 2 months this year, once again no internet, landline hasn`t worked for 6 months, eventually a technician arrives and says the Wi Fi modem we have, gives trouble, and that he`ll order us a phone with built in Wi Fi, which will take 5 days to arrive, maybe he forgot, or changed his mind, or went overseas to get one, but we still have no landline or internet.How long?How long?How long?</p>
