No Internet from 23 Nov 2017

Internet been down since 23 November 2017. Every time call I get a different answer. I stay in a complex and there is a lot of us that has the same problem. Some of the people lines has been fixed and some not. And call I made on Wednesday 3de January I was told I will have a technician by me in 3days time. When I phones today to follow up as I had no contact from a technician I was told it was not located to one yet and they cant tel me when it wil be.
