No Internet for two weeks

<p>So its been two weeks that I have had no internet, first time I called 1) Ok a fault has been logged... 1AEK060816, waited a week, I called again 2) A technician has not been assigned to your fault yet... Give them a few days.... 3) The technicians are currently on site.. Telkom I am still waiting.. I've been waiting for two weeks now.a friend of mine that stays a few streets down complained on twitter and within a few hours his internet was fixed... What do I have to do to get internet???? Come on telkom I have never had a problem before, why now</p>
