No internet for two months

On the 4 of DEC 2017 we logged a call with Telkom with regards to their line and internet connection and until today they have not fixed it and our tenants are complaining I have being calling them the whole month of December and January and everyday they tell a different story ,iam very disappointed and not a happy customer of Telkom I will never recommend Telkom to anyone there are better services providers out there as much as they are expensive they deliver ,telkom us a useless **** company
