No Internet for over two weeks and I have paid!

<p>I am deeply disaapointed with the service delivery. I have been struggling without internet for over two weeks and i have no indication on when this will be resolved. my number ********** 184. I have logged numerous requests and each time these tickets were closed as resolved. but the issue is not resolved. the latest reference number 352CTK050816 has also been escalated (***) and i still have no idea when this will be resolved. i need a credit on my account for these days without any internet! and i definately need this issue resolved.</p>
