NO INTERNET FOR OVER A MONTH!!!!!

No Internet for over a month ???? can not get hold of Telkom at all, have being trying for the past 2 weeks, everyday, the automatic call centre says , we are experiencing a high call volume , it might take a long time for your call to be answered, no jokes!!! more like your call will not be answered. My problems have been endless with Telkom, the last one is as from January, no telephone and no internet for a month, eventually a technician came , fixed the telephone said they will reset the internet on their side, and since then NOTHING!!!!! as from January i have no interenet at home.<br> <br> Second point why didnt Telkom give my account a rebate due to the no service, why am i still not receiving a rebate due to the no service/non existing internet????<br> <br> When is it going to be fixed? I want a time and a date, this is ridiculous , I might as well take these money and throw then in the dustbin!!!!<br> <br> 339CRK010215 is the last Fault that was logged. <br> <br> <br>
