No internet for almost a week with no answers

I have had no mobile data for almost a week. My phone shows LTE/5G connected, but there is no internet access at all. I have reset my device and confirmed this is not a phone issue. This appears to be a SIM provisioning error or a tower data fault. Customer support has been unable to assist and keeps asking me to restart my phone, with no proper troubleshooting or escalation. I still have no clarity on what the issue is or when it will be resolved. This is now affecting my ability to work. Please escalate this urgently, investigate the root cause, and provide a resolution and ETA as soon as possible.
