No internet for a month
Since upgrading to a 10mb line I've had countless issues with my adsl. I've logged numerous faults, been held hostage at home while waiting for technicians who (although lovely people) haven't been able to resolve my issues. Eventually I bought a new router (from Telkom) for R1000 and I am STILL without internet. I work remotely and I've spent thousands on airtime so I can work, while still paying for my internet bill. I am also always directed to the app which has so many bugs that the old nokia Snake game has more functionality than the app. Sort this out, and reimburse me for my bill.

04 Mar 2018, 10:00Hi Ilhaam, thank you for assisting. I rebooted my router and reconfigured the setup. Everything worked well until late last night, but when I woke up this morning the internet was down to an impossibly slow speed (my speedtest got 0 pings, 0.00 mb download 0.00 mb upload). This is usually what happens after a technician assists - the internet works fine for a few hours or days, and then it either stops working or hits very slow speeds. Because it works for a short period of time, the faults then get resolved but I'm back where I started a few days later. As mentioned in my first post, I've even bought a new router. I've had technicians on poles, doing things in the exchange, etc, but nothing seems to be working and I don't know what else to do. I'm really hoping you can assist me - I work remotely and it's hurting my income.
