No internet for 6 weeks, ALMOST GOT ME FIRED!!!

I moved to a new house and i app**** for Telkom to move my line to the new house, this has not happened in 6 weeks. I use this internet for work to support my family now i did not get a salary last month because i had not done any work BECAUSE OF TELKOM. No one has even called me since they said it will take up to 21 days, no one has even called or SMSed me.
