No internet for 3 weeks. Technician still arriving?

My dsl and internet went off on the 28th December 2020. From then till today, 11 jan 2021 it still has not been resolved. I call everyday. They sent a text message advising technician is arriving on the 8th January 2021. Yet no one arrived. Telkom adv they are in contact with the technicians, yet when i ask why the delay there is no answer. I have people studying in my house and it is now very hard waiting everyday in hopes of telkom fixing the issue.
