NO INTERNET FOR 3 DAYS! Telkom ADSL

I have not had Internet connection for 3 days now. I reside in Greenstone Hill JHB and would appreciate some feedback, are you aware there is a problem. Are you trying to restore it? Still paying for this pathetic service. They don’t don’t answer their phones. What a nightmare.
