No internet for 1 to 4 weeks

<p>I work from home and I depend100 percent on my uncapped adsl to earn a living. My internet is now not working for 1 week in spite of 3 to 4 calls daily to Telkom to check on progress. They are pulling fibre cables in my home area and when speaking to the workpeople they said at least another 3 weeks before I will ha e internet again. No communication forthcoming from Telkom whatsoever. Our whole family works from home and without internet we have no business. We already exhausted all external devices like ****les with data etc......Is this the **** service that I am supposed to pay for? Will TELKOM PAY MY BILLS AT THE END OF THE MONTH?</p>
