No internet!!! Empty promises from telkom

No internet for 5 days now and logged about 3 faults and phoned them twice and every time promise me and my wife a technician will come the following day... I had to take off from work to wait for technician whole day who didn't come out to fix my adsl line... Now I called them like 10min ago and promised us again a technician will come out tomorrow and I must now take off again to wait for technician...!!!! This is not the first time and had so many problems already with telkom and I'm 10 years with them I can't wait for contract to be finish so that I could leave this **** ISP... My wife works from home and losing out on business because of telkom!!!!!
