No internet

I am utterly disgusted with Telkom. Ever since going onto telkom LTE via mweb we are lucky if we get 1mbps speed which means we cannot stream or anything besides browse the internet. For what we are paying i am shocked this is the service we are getting. Telkom of course don’t do anything about the problem. I want nothing more to do with telkom!
