No internet connections in my area

Please can someone help me?

Ive been struggling with the internet since last week Friday only around my house, when i leave my house everything is fine.

I have logged faults (***8) but no one wants to help me. The 1st lady i spoke too said that there is a fault with the tower close to me and that technicians will be sent to go and fix it and they will give me feedback but no one has. I have called your call centre numerous times without any help. I have even asked to speak to a supervisor and i keep getting promises that one will call me back but they never do. The last lady Thobile i spoke to today promised me that her manager will call me back by close of business but nothing. Please can you check the tower by my address 90 Ashley drive hillcrest durban because its not my phone only that has an issue but my home router aswell and its also with you guys its a contract i have id number ***. The same thing happens when i take the router away from home it works perfect but the min im home it doesnt work.

The issue is not with my phone setting but the internet connection around my house but your agents are dumb to understand they keep wanting me to change my settings. Im really tired of complaining about the same thing for a whole week with no help.
