No Internet Connection

On Saturday 4 November 2017, I bought a Telkom Mobile Sim card at Pep Stores in Virginia (Free State) and they did RICA it immediately in store.

I inserted the Sim card in my phone and received a sms with the new number. Welcome to Telkom Mobile! Your new number is ********** 168. Start sharing your number with anyone and everyone with 5 FREE SMSs! FREE SMSs will expire in 7 days.

I then purchased 2GB data. Capitec: Money Out -R139.00 from SAVINGS ACCOUNT; Ref 8TA; Avail R --- ; 04-Nov. Call ********** 043 Hello!You have 2048 MB "Once-Off Internet bundle" available. 2048 MB will expire on 01/01/2018.

I inserted the Sim card in my WiFi router. Since I purchased the data bundle, I was not able to connect to the internet, not even with the Sim card in my phone. ???

I posted on the Telkom Facebook site, but so far I have not received any response. #Telkom, I was planning on porting all my Vodacom numbers to Telkom, so I bought a Telkom Mobile Sim to test your network. I loaded 2 GB data and I can't even connect to your network. The data is showing, but that's all. Telkom is even worse than Vodacom, which I thought was impossible. I will definitely NOT port any of my numbers to Telkom Mobile ???

I would rather they refund me as I am not willing to go through this every single day. This is plain pathetic for a company as well known as Telkom.
