No internet but you want payment

Absolutely disgusting. Have had no internet for three weeks yet I get a full bill. I signed a contract with you that I would receive internet and you would receive your money but you are receiving money and I am not receiving internet. I am tired of people saying they will send someone when we know what the problem is. Tired of excuses from your company, I want my contract cancelled
