No internet but payment is still expected

@TelkomZA today is the 8th day without internet at my house. When are you completing the work on my line today? I have been more than patient but I can't keep buying external data as I am well over the R400 mark. You guys should actually award me this month free for the nightmare you are putting me thru. My package with you is R1000 p/m and the external data cost is already half of that cost.

Since I started this package my internet has been slow most times and down for a over 20days + in total.

It is a gamble having you as my ISP because I never know if I will have internet or if the speed will be adequate on a given day.
