No Internet. Begging Telkom for help. No Telkom Technician. Begging more...

<p>It's been so long that I've had problems with my telephone line, that I've just about given up. Currently I only have Internet if I have the telephone off the hook. It means the wiring in the telephone line is corroded somewhere and "resisting" the dsl connection. I've been paying for a 10 mb/s download speed dsl line, I don't even get 1 mb/s.</p> <p> </p> <p>I've AGAIN escalated the fault after 3 days. Nothing. I'm close to tears at this point. If I don't have Internet I can't work.</p>
