No internet and no technician

Hi there<br> <br> Our telephone line went down over a week ago. It took a few days to get someone to come and look at it, and they did fix it, but then the internet wasn't working.<br> <br> We have logged numerous calls with the call centre to report the issue. Every time we call they ask us the same questions and instruct us to try resetting the modem and all but it still doesn't work then they say they will send a technician. We have been told this 4 times and still no technician has called or arrived. On one occasion they told us that someone had marked the issue as resolved, but it certainly wasn't. On another occasion they claimed that they phoned us and we told them the issue was fixed, which is another blatant lie. They just seem to ignore all our smses and calls. This is pure neglect. Telkom is useless - avoid using them if you can.
