No Internet and No Network

Dear Telkom. When will you fix our Network Tower. Its been 8 Months waiting without internet. I have tried contacting you guys from Twitter and Facebook. No one wants to attend my case. Technicians are not doing anything, no feedback.. No Phone Call, No Emails. I can't afford to buy Data from other service providers to stay connected. While I'm paying R1007 per month without internet. May this issue be solved soon as possible in soweto - Tladi.
