No Internet after several days

<p>I had internet issues with telkom....again</p> <p>It keeps giving authentication errors as DSL doesnt want to sync. My username also changed on their end without me knowing. Now that I use the new details provided , I still dont have internet, I am paying them alot for a 10mb uncalled line</p> <p> </p> <p>Yesterday Again I called and spoken with Victor Selowa REFERENCE nr ********** 37 who advised this was logged as a high priority....still I am offline!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>As soon as this is fixed in the net 5 years,.....I will definitely cancel Telkom</p>
