No Internet after 3 Months

2.5 months ago I ordered the simple uncapped plus package from telkom which also required a R700 deposit that they never explained what it was for.They then told me that I would wait 7-21 days for them to come and install the internet.After about a month I went into telkom at greenacres to ask them what was going on and they assured me that a technician would be at my house in the next week.A technician came to my house and said no he cant install the internet due to the fact that i had no copper cables layed down on my property,he then proceeded to tell me that he is going to move my order to \telkom planning"and that people would be at my house within 7 days to install the copper lines. They never came so I proceeded to go to the telkom where they **** to me stating that all the copper in my area had been ******(nextdoor had full internet). They sent a letter in the post stating that they want to put a telephone poll in my backyard and would need to get permission.Shortly after they said we can't install a telephone poll on your property instead just convert your original line to adsl.I said well why didn't you people do that 2 months ago in the first place?
