No internet access on integrated sim card

I have spent about 6 hours in the Telkom store for last 3 weeks trying to get my integrated SIM card connected to the network without any success. I have tried the online agent facility but it does not work (cannot send messages) Can someone at Telkom with some IT knowledge please assist me or else I will look for another supplier
