No internet

Hello well I have been with telkom for a year or so but I am not happy with how they bill me for 6 months I have been billed yet I have no Internet I cancelled but I get billed it's just over 3000 now so why do I have to pay for what I don't have I moved to mweb but can't get internet untill the bill is payed and to top it off the staff is rude and unfair I realy just want them out of my life if there is so many complaints about them why is there nothing being done to them I can say I know of 5 people with the same problem and heard of 100 more so what needs to be done so this will never happen again?do we realy only have telkom as a internet servace provider I know mweb makes use of telkom but I'd move to a diffrent provider if I knew any other well thanks and don't use telkom it's a trap
